I am desperately trying to watch Luhmuhlen but despite paying my subscription I can't seem to get it to work. I can watch videos but as soon as I click on watch live it seems to load but just gives me a black screen. Am I doing something wrong? This is on the app I can't get anything to happen on the website anyone else having problems?

I don't subscribe anymore, however have you tried emailing them?

In the past if I had a problem they have sorted it very quickly.

app and website are both horrible. I am not paying for it anymore, not worth it.
