Am seriously peeved! I have had mine 3 1/2 years and therefore I had the old style headplates that were'nt reinforced. Sent one back as had fracture and replaced no probs. Others ordered since were new style ones. Currentlyhe has a 1 plate in- now fractured so its about an 8 plate!! (When I was doing canter work this morning- poor chap!)
Spoken to office and they are replacing ASAP but its bent so far back its wedged the screw in and I canr unscrew one side of the plate! Spoken to office and feel bad for harassing poor girl again but getting very cross with it and may shout A LOT if have to phone up again!
Also its cut big chunk into jumping flaps! Anyone else had these probs!? Really fed up as love it but feel that early ones were very trial and error and now I am suffering again- and new ones have been designed to iron out problems!
Any ideas how to get screw out??
Tried phillips or flat screw driver too- dont work. Will have new plate and no way of getting it in/ riding horse!
