I’ve looked into fence judging a few times recently but I’ve never actually done it as I’m 14 and I don’t know if you’re allowed to. I was thinking that If I go with an adult I might be allowed but I don’t know. So if anyone has ever done it could you please let me know if your allowed at 14.

A riding club event would probably be happy about you fence judging with an adult. I doubt you’d be allowed do it at a BE event (but I stand to be corrected). I know our local unaffiliated events are always crying out for volunteers so get an adult to put both your names forward and see how it goes.

If you email info@britisheventing.com you should be able to get an answer directly from BE. You can compete BE at 14 so it shouldn't be impossible. We FJ in pairs as a rule, I imagine safeguarding rules (they are pretty hot on those) mean they wouldn't pair you with someone you didn't already know, so I guess you would need to provide your own FJ partner.

Probably not fence judging but if you contact local events or pony club there will almost definitely be jobs you could do to help, score collecting or writing for instance.

this absolutely, before I got my first pony at 16 I helped at local riding club shows, though that was many years ago so things might have changed, but ask around, I'm sure there will be organizers who really appreciate a willing enthusiastic volunteer
Oh and just remembered my twins used to be the show jumping arena party for the yard where Bear was kept at affiliated BE competitions, they would have been about 13/14 at the time
