fencing Coventry

I have had a couple of prices from firms who are vat reg. this has put the price up beyond my savings. Does anyone know anyone not vat reg who can do a good job putting up post and rails. I just need 80 meters doing. We are between Coventry and Birmingham

Yes he did my harrowing and rolling but doesnt do fencing

Could you rent one of those heavy plunger machines [I have no idea what they are called] from Jewson's or similar and DIY? The hard work I think is getting the post firmly into the ground - which the machine does for you, although I think you have to be quite strong to hold one?
