Those of you that suggested these, they came on Wednesday - fed some straight away and have feeding them since.

I have a different horse! I don't know whether it's coincidence or not but she's certainly not holding on to her wind like she was on Tuesday and she's so much happier! We've got our forward and enthusiasm back :D

Just wanted to say thanks! :)

Brilliant! I had the back lady this week and she showed me an exercise I could do to halp keep her guts going and also help with wind etc. You place your palm on the belly (start in between the front legs and work backwards) keep your whole palm in contact with the skin and move hand forwards (skin will only move so far) apply a little pressure and then swiftly move hand back to original position. This can be done all over belly, side of belly etc. She said it stimulates the gut!

'trapped trumps' made me laugh! Glad she is feeling less windy! The windsucker has been a bit trumpety recently, may have to crack out the fennel for him! Interesting gut massage tips too!

My highland is differentnow he gets fennel and it's cheap. Glade it's working for you as well. I'm thinking mybe I should try some :)
