Anyone feed Fenugreek to put weight on?

My sister fed Linseed and Fenugreek last winter to her little TB - seemed to work well!

I thought fenugreek is better for keeping the digestive system healthy in the same way mint is popular for that but I may be wrong. Some people may use linseed and fenugreek mix from equimins to aid weight I suppose. Personally I would use a specific supplement such as 'weight on' by gold label or 'weight builder' by horse sense or prehaps one of the top spec range.

Not to put weight on but Ive used it to increase milk production in goats. Seemingly it works on women too! M:
