Who do you insure your youngsters with?

Who do you insure your older, in full work horses with?

Who do you insure your trailers with?

Who do you insure your tack with?

NFU all the way :-)

Tack. Trailer.
don't have a youngster
but do have 16yr old insured for everything and a
13yr old loss-of-use (but re-insured for public liability, death at 500quid and vet fees for anything that didn't case LOU in the first place i.e. ligaments & tendons)

Horse is 14, in full work and is insured with Amtrust Equine. He is insured for Class A and Class B (which I think is everything up to BD Elem, unaffil eventing [not that I do any of that!], RC stuff, and hunting). Trailer is also insured with them and my tack is part of the horse policy.

Amtrust are excellent but avoid E&L like the plague...there's a reason they're so cheap!

Beware with E&L there are quite a few restrictions in the small print relating to tack insurance, ie no of other saddles there, type of locks etc so if on livery yard make sure your set up does not exclude you.

Oh I wasn't even going to phone E&L!!!! My current policy is up for renewal, and I've been with them for 9 years, so I'm just making sure I'm paying the right amount.
