Fibre-Beet.....?

Funnily enough i emailed them today to ask what's the difference between Speedi Beet and Fibre Beet and I'm just waiting to hear back from them.

I want to give my youngster something yummy with his chaff & nuts. I'm thinking of going with the Speedi Beet as it's 95% sugar free, doesn't cause fizz and recommended by the Laminitis trust...so thumbs up from me but i also like the look of fibre beet as if i feed that then i can get rid of the fibre nuts?

Does this sound like a cunning plan?

fibre beet is alfalfa and unmollassed sugar beet. Speedi beet is just unmollassed sugar beet. Speedibeet is higher in energy than fibre beet.

If the ponies are fat or very good do-ers then allen and page fast fibre may be a better choice as it is lower in energy (calories). Or badminton fibre complete nuggets are also very good
