fast fibre and top chop zero are the last things you want to be feeding with a good doer, its the exact opposite of what you said you wanted.

The reason I suggested the pink mash is because its got linseed in it already. if you pick another base feed such as fast fibre then add linseed to it. Oil is the best way to add calories to a horse, especially one that hots up with sugar and starch.
Yes I currently give him linseed oil with his feed. Do you know what amount of oil I need to give him if he goes on FF + TopChop Z

I'd swap him to micronised linseed. Its better than the oil and will be cheaper in larger quantities. It depends how much condition he needs. A mugful seems to work for maintenance for lots of people but if he needs more then you can up that. It doesnt make any sense to bulk a feed out with chopped straw and fast fibre and then pile linseed in. Theres already straw in the fast fibre. Its just giving him a big feed with little calories and taking time away when he could be eating forage.

He only has couple of handful of chaff just to slow down his eating and increase chewing rather than swallowing all like hoover. He seems happy with that and he still has plenty time to graze on grass or eat his hay etc
