Fidgetting pony - HELP!

Im showing a pony ridden that when stood in the line waiting fidgets and moves about, even when in front of the judge he moves around and it puts him down the line because of it... how do you teach/train a pony to stand still!?

Does he do it at home too?

Lots of practice. I used to stand them up at home, and just before they started to fidgeting, walk a circle and stand back where I was. Took a while to sink in that no matter how many times he fidgeted and we walked off, we always ended up back in the same place still.
