Hello - as may be seen from my other posts, I am currently preparing a field (aka rough hillside!) for the arrival of my first pony
.
The field will open onto the back of a farm with a little road in front and other horses in fields close by. so I want it to be as secure as poss as if the pony or companion escape they would be off.
I was thinking that a sort of double gate enclosure system might be best? But in practise I'm not sure the best way of making this? The main gate will be a standard field gate with post & stock wire/electric fence to either side. I can't afford a second field gate, but maybe an electric fence gate? Any ideas or pics if you've done this yourself?
Thanks!
