Field paste for thrush - field kept horse

I'm thinking of trying this as my filly has deep clefts and is currently living out and its a constant battle keeping on top of the thrush. Once the paste is applied can you still pick feet out daily or just wait until the paste comes away?

I still pick out and replace with fresh paste. Has worked for me so far...

I leave it in for a week whikst its dry like this- waste of paste else! Just apply to a clean dry foot and leave them standing somewhere like mats/concrete if poss then turn out

Kevin Bacon's hoof solution worked for my horse, much less bulky than the field paste, just paint it on.
