Field Shelter Recommendations

They are a reputable company - I had one from them. They are at the cheaper end of the scale and the build quality definitely represents that. Mine did not survive the 2022 storms despite being bolted to the ground. It just disintegrated. If you have a sheltered location though then they are good value for money.

My replacement for it (insurance paid out) was by National Timbers who were really good to buy from. Its more substantial in terms of its build and knowing we had heavy rain due in got their guys out early so they could drive onto the field and build it for me.
I am looking for a stable on skids that can withstand the wind. I can not find national timbers stable on skids on their website. Did you contact them and it was done custom or am I looking at the wrong company?

Thanks so much!

A neighbour got one from shetland to shires, secured it with ground anchors. Only lasted 3 days before blew over the hedge and did a lit of damage.
It totally came apart in pieces so they did manage to rebuild with a lot of reinforcing.

Very happy with my Hunters mobile field shelter. We moved it to the other side of a 5 acre field recently with no issues. It is in a very windy area, so we ordered the ground stakes too. We also requested that an air gap was left near the roof line, to allow the wind to go through rather than catch the roof itself.

This is really helpful. Thank you!

As this is great thank you!
