Field/sole use yard/small livery

Hello I am looking for the impossible in South Devon (Ivybridge, Bittaford, South Brent, Buckfast areas).
Two elderly retired ponies and a 6yr old pony, needs to be child and dog friendly if livery and be able to live out all year.
laminitis prone so restricted or able to restrict grazing is important. There are a couple of really nice livery’s but they are quite big or their routine doesn’t work with our working hours, hence why sole use would be preferred. Any idea at all welcome as been looking for a long time! Thankyou for reading

I can't help you but suggest you have a look at Redpost and see if they have any notices, put a wanted ad there and ask their staff.
You could also try Mole in Heathfield who may have customers down as far as S Brent, again worth asking their staff.

There was a sole use yard advertised in Modbury. Think it was on one of the Facebook groups, although a few weeks ago now. Definitely recommend joining livery/grazing in Plymouth group and there's also a few other livery in Devon groups too.
