I will be giving up my field of about 6 years at the end on November as we are moving to a local yard. It s just over 4 acres of old pasture surrounded on three sides by nice people in houses and a rest home. There are a couple of large but ramshackle stables, a tack shed lean to, new perimeter post and rail fencing on main external side, a goat shed for hay storage and a small shelter for food and stuff.
Worked great for ponies living out but not if you need a school, no mains water I have a water bowser now but used to take water or collect rainwater. I have electric fencing that I will be taking to sell but it's a lovely field that I wish I lived beside.
Cost £150 per month and he's a lovely landlord which is why I said I'd ask if anyone wanted it.
