as said, some tack shops and feed places, or order from the internet. I think they are about £20. I improvised and made something similar for mine and he absolutely loved it!

I am not being funny - just pointing out the obvious.
If you feel he is now ready to have his brain occupied why not start doing some ground work with him?
We have several youngsters at my place, and they do develop mentally at different stages. Some are happy to be in the field growing until they are started at 3. Some require more handling from a year upwards.
Something else to consider is making sure that he has a 'friend' to play with.
Youngsters - horses generally actually - are seldom 'bored' in the field. But it is true that they can need their time more actively used as they get older.
