Field vitamin licks... Advice needed please

Hi everyone,
was just wondering if i could get some advice please?
My horse lives out 24/7 and is only fed on grass and hay. She is a good doer and doesnt really need any hard feed.
However... I am worried that she may not be getting the vitamins and minerals that she needs and was wondering if a lick in her field may be a way of giving them to her?
What do you think? Can anyone reccommend one that is suitable for the field?
Also, i don't want anything that will make her fizzy or excitable and i'm sure i have seen one somewhere that also has a calmer in it, has anyone seen this or did i dream it?

I know a lot of people just hand up a salt lick ( The naff ones), which seems like a good idea, i would do it if my boy lived out.

Have used your standard salt licks too but the benefit of the redmond rock is that it doesn't crumble when left out. Mine is propped up by the water trough and they help themselves every now and then.

I use the badminton feeds vit and mineral lick. All 3 of mine use it.

I just chuck a rockies mineral lick and a seperate salt lick on the ground. You do get big Rockies for the field but I just use the 2.99 ones
