Field Wanted to Rent, Alvaston, Derby

We have just recently moved to Alvaston, Derby and are looking for a field or paddock to rent. Does anyone know of somewhere close by? We don't need any facilities, as our two aged Mares are now retired and live out all year round. Thanks for reading! nicshortland@yahoo.com

might be an idea to put a notice up in local tack shops prob spondon saddlery be your nearest - there is quite a few fields up aston way but i dont know who owns them....

OK, will try that. Think there's a tack shop at Risley too. Someone mentioned Elvaston Castle - which would be ideal, but DIY Livery is £28 per horse, per week, which is more than we can afford to pay!

Hi get Saturdays Admag there are sometimes fields in there to rent, look in Spondon Tack window, put a wanted ad in the window and you could put one in the admag its free!! if you doi it on thurs it will be in on sat.

i'm moving to highfields soon, kept my horse there a few years back its £100 per month stable and grazing. Heard of somewhere in holbrook which is £20 per week including hay.
