Hi there I am thinking about getting the above mats, they say that they are a complete bedding system and no other bedding is needed.

Is anyone using them and do you use any extra bedding?

Yes I have them and love them to bits. Whether you use bedding or not is a personal choice depending on how tidy/wet your horse is, also consider the colour of your horse too. I have a pale horse so I use a half bed of aubiose at the back of the stable. This works well for both of us, she stays relatively clean and it's a doddle to muck out. I have had the mats for the best part of 20 years, theay have paid for themselves many times over in money saved on bedding and effort involved in mucking out.
