Anyone built their own, or recommend a company that does good flat packs please? This winter the three musketeers are going to be outside!

Aww that's a shame, can't your mum put it on the roof rack :-DDDD they do deliver but not sure about that far :-)))£

Hopefully the welsh contingent can help. You might want to cross post in the regional part of the forum if not already...

Most of the companies who sell stables also sell field shelters. We bought stables from a company in Manchester who sell as far a field as France.

Also is is not difficult to build one. My husband who is a DIY dunce managed to build one which is still standing.

Cool thanks all!! Am going to view the produce at the local sawmill and charlies stores in welshpool, and a guy who sells on ebay from talsarn...! Then compare..! Husbands (mine and mateys) think by the time they buy all parts prob not much more to get a flat pack one... thoughts?

I would agree, since stable manufacturers buy such huge quantities of timber they pay way less for it than joe public, so for a standard shelter it is just as cheap often to buy it but erect it yourself. NB this doesn't apply for anything bespoke or extra heavy duty or non standard features - then it makes sense to make it yourself.
