Figgy does side saddle :) And a general update!

I don't post much on here anymore for various reasons but thought an update was overdue!

But in honour of my birthday (today!) I took Mr Fig off for a sideways session on Saturday!

He was incredible! It highlights the slightly weaker left rein but other than one first whizzy canter that way, he was a total superstar and tbh acted like he had already been there done that!

He's been going well otherwise and recently slammed a personal best at PSG of just under 67%

Goofy has been a good boy too. Sort of! He was *VERY* silly to warm up (which took us by surprise as he's been super at home recently), but nevertheless scored 66%+ at his first novice (H/C) debut under a tough judge. Good lad.

Post weekend funtimes, Fig has now declared himself thoroughly exhausted...

lol! I see your point shame though you both really look the part, I vote that side saddle be an option for dressage now that would be great fun

Fig looks excellent sidesaddle, it doesn't look like your first time at all. Definitely think that we need more of you doing that.

Side saddle is very popular with ex- racers there are side saddle RoR classes

I miss your updates! And I agree about the tail. I think short tails look very silly! That being said, the SP's is dragging on the ground again, so I should probably lop some off.
