Have seen a local horse re-advertised, looks and sounds alright APART from "feet need attention and is unsound, hopefully will become sound again with tlc and time".

Now I do have the facilities to rest and bring on something but I'm trying to guess what this could be referring to in a 5 year old! He is apparently for sale due to university commitments. Hmmm. Have emailed the seller but no response as yet. A busted tendon might be do-able but with it saying "feet", sounds a bit worrying. Any guesses/suggestions before I investigate further?

And yes, the words touch and bargepole do spring to mind, but he is very, very cheap and I'm looking for a project!

It could be anything.........might not even be the feet.......

Why havent they got its feet sorted?? Easy to do...and cheap if they just need a trim.....makes you wonder what else they have not done......

A very very cheap project could turn into a very very expensive lawnmower for a very very long time IMO!

Maisy it's a wierd one, in the photos he's well turned out and his feet look very neat. Though they may be old pics. I'm thinking when they say they need sorting they may be referring to veterinary attention.

MQ that's pretty much what I was thinking...???

Nope. Like rubino, touch and bargepole. You could end up thousands out of pocket for an unrideable horse that you had got so attached to you would have to keep it as a pet for the rest of its natural. Walk away
