I have recently been given a lunge pen, I would like to know how deep and how much surface I would need to fill it and make it useable? It is 54 foot in diametre.
Not too deep, they won't be doing a lot of high impact work in lunge so just about 2 inches i would say. any deeper and you are in danger of straining the legs.
