Filling in an insurance claim question.

I have just received ,my final vets bill and have just started to fill in the claim foem from NFU, this is the first one I have had to do.

Anyway most is straightforward, but I am asked to provide a full clinicalreport/History since ownership. Do I need to detail down every time the vet has been or does it relate to the incident for the claim.

Hope that makes sense.
 
I just filled in a form for NFU. I had to send the form to the Vet for them to complete their section. When my vet sent it back to me, it contained a print out that showed every visit my mare had had for the last 2 years, they were just routine visits for jabs and teeth etc.
 
Oh thanks tracey01 I have just been pulling my hair out trying to find the hand written reports for the times the vet have been called out.

I'm sure my vets will do the same thing then when they send the claim form back to me.
