Filly in season and jumping in with geldings!

At 2 years old my girl has just taken to field hopping into the geldings field! She is in season so I'm hoping this is the reason and she will stop soon!?

Anyone else had this issue? She's done it twice in 3 days so far.

I can't think what else may have caused this, nothing has changed.

My friend's mare used to do this but at the time we thought it was because the grass was greener. She was turned out in her own paddock in the morning with friends but by afternoon she would be somewhere else happily eating their grass. They are in a different yard now so I don't know if the mare still does this.

My daughters 12.2 pony is a bit of a slut and used to jump into a group of boys to be with them couldn't stop her doing and wasa right pain.
She's now in a different field with a 12hand gelding who takes no notice of her been a mare but has stopped her jumping out to be with the other boys.

Has anyone tried raspberry leaf for this? She is also very p&&ssy when I touch her undercarriage, lazy and moody at the mo.

Funny as a 2 year old she has just decided to jump the fence. Could it be her first 'true' season at this age? 2 years 4 months.

Will start keeping a log of her moods.
