Filtabac

I’ve used Filtabac on my Shetland’s nose so she don’t get sunburnt, but today it’s like she’s had a reaction from it, her nose is so sore/ cracked/scabby & skin peeling.
Also my Filtabac is very runny it’s not like a paste at all.
Anyone else had this issue?

The funniness is probably heat? The creams I use on my itchy pony are currently way more liquid than they should be

I did think it could be the heat but my friend has one and the that’s not runny.

Just that last year they had a recall on a batch of product which was separating ...

The same thing happens with my mare if i use it too frequently! I'm not really sure why because it was fine used daily for a few weeks, and then her skin suddenly got sore and peely, it's really odd! I tend to just use it occasionally now and wash it off as well as I can after a few days.

If it's an old bottle, nearly all of it was recalled last year due to causing burning / reactions.

This 100%. Contact Aniwell with a pic showing the batch number and they should send you a replacement. It should not be runny so stop using it.
