So pleased that Blaze is mendable

I have been waiting with baited breath for the outcome

I know it will be a long six months for you, but it will be worth it when he comes back into work - I cant wait to read your reports next season

His photo came today BTW (at last!) so I will forward it on tomorrow 1st class

Thanks for the hugs, will pass them on tomorrow when I pick him up, he is going to be a bit surprised to come home and find his sister next door, hopefully she will keep him calm...

They should do, in a way it is quite good timing, as he should start proper work january time really to get him up and running for next season. Could have been so much worse, he could be like Jerry, in which case think I might have given up!

If it is ok with you, I will take the eventing angel which has been sat on your shoulder for the first half of the season helping you get such good results and just borrow it for my rather limited outings in the last half of the season?! You can have it back come the end of the season....six months each!!

Trust me, there are loads of HHO people who want grooms....and it doesn't make you feel any better at all! Though I like to think I am generating lots of good karma for myself - I may well be delusional!

I will just have to compete my 14.2 then, froma distance she might look like a small horse... knowing my luck though she will be incredible quirky and wont be ready to do much for ages! Saying that I havent been short of horses so far so hopefully will get out a bit, be it on nutcases

I am bad though, without the competing side I really dont see the point of having horses so something of mine will have to be aimed somewhere

That is great news - 6 months will fly by!

Now in the meantime, I have a 5yo 15.1 angel (ok really quite a sharp little minx) and I'm a bit chicken about getting her through her stroppy teenage tantrums - shame you're at the wrong end of the country, as she could do with boot camp, and someone brave to take her to her first competitions and events
