He got a little silly on the way back but he was very much having fun the whole day. He didn’t like the cows later.

Looks fab where was the final trail ride of the year? Shame he did not like the cows we had our best holiday trail riding taking the cows up to the mountains June time in Wyoming I left a bit of my heart up there and even my OH had a fantastic time.

We went to the Kananaskis in the Canadian Rocky Mountains to our usual haunts but did a decommissioned trail this time. It’s funny because we were in the same area two weeks ago and we saw the biggest bull I’ve ever seen and didn’t care. This time he decided to throw a couple of mini fits, because he wanted to feed off the other horse.

Ooh Wyoming would be fun. Rolling prairie and then mountains! My favourite kind. Hope you didn’t have to chase a cow out of deep brush.

Sounds lovely we also have had a lovely ride or two in the Rockies outside of Calgary which was fun. No deep bush it was quite clear and open where we were droving, couple of little narrow trails to make the heart pump a bit though.
