Finally, 5 months later...some good news!

This was today. I cannot tell you how happy I am to be back on her - I have ridden others, and enjoyed it I have, but nothing compares does it?!
Five long months of box rest, walking and multiple farrier and vet visits.
Can't tell you how amazing today has been!!!

Also had a lesson on my YO's 6 y/o ID jumper - as some of you know, I've lost my confidence having not jumped for so long. Today I cleared a straight on the last hole of the small wings, which I haven't done in about 2 years! I never knew I still had it in me!!!!!!
I'm now lying on the sofa, with my blanket, aching legs and a cold coming on, but its still feeling like a good day!!!

Its just amazing.
We are still riding her very gently every other day - we are determined to not let her go back onto box rest!! She loved every minute of it today, she was marching along, with her ears forwards and she even got to go and play out afterwards!!
