8 1/2 weeks after my horse first went slightly lame on a circle and had been getting steadily worse, after nerve blocks and xrays around the pastern joint and the vets 1 week holiday and with a small abscess then a lovely set of heart bars he has been diagnosed with a tweak to the medial branch of his suspensory ligament. He's had shockwave this evening then every 2 weeks for the next 6 weeks. Typically this comes just after my other horse has finished his shockwave also for a suspensory tweak (long story with a particular farrier, foot balance and have now changed farrier). Feeling a bit
as to why this is happening. Vet reckons competition fit in 5-6 months - not sure BE will put anything on round christmas tho.
