Finally get it!

self indulgent post but I really was not 'getting' my new boy in the school.....I've only been riding for a year and a half and only rode as a kid for two years. I just didn't get the whole outside rein business and was clinging on too much - my boy is a schoolmaster and is very good at avaded a contact

think it's finally clicking - spent an hour in the school and by the end of it he was lovely and light - bending correctly and looked amazing!

so seems that persistence does pay off
