Ive been a lurker for quite a while now but thought Id finally introduce myself!
Been riding, well, since before I can remember! Live in the Wigan area with my grandpaps and have my horses at home. Always been just a general happy hacker and relaxed worker with the horses, the odd little show and dressage test here and there but nothing serious.
Managed to accumulate 4 beasts over time- in order of length of time here:
Honkey, well matured (over 40yr old!) Shetland. The first picture was me on him about 18 yrs ago, second is him last year sunbathing.
Lucky, my lovely mardy mare! 20 years young and still as forward (and backwards mentally) as when she arrived 10 years ago.
Bubbles, the field ornament. Bought as a first pony for a family member that just didnt take to it but we can never bring ourselves to sell on (this picture was straight after a bath, normally shes a green/ yellow/ brown bog pony covered in straw.
And last but not least, Cassie- my rising 4 Section D who was bought as a project to sell on but I fell in love and shes staying. Slowly coming on but definitely challenging!
(Sorry about the picture overload and massive size- cant seem to figure out how to resize them!!)
