But not without its problems.
She was due boxing day, but did nothing until this morning when we awoke to a pair of small white feet protruding from pip's nether regions.
With a bit of help she managed to pass a very large black and white boy, who was unfortunatley dead.
Then an hour later followed a little girl.......then nothing....and more nothing.
So we have been to vets (where she is now staying) and has had a shot to get her going properly. Vet diagnosed inert uterine.
Just got back from checking up, and she now has four puppies and xray shows one left to pass, and as she seems to be passing one every hour HOPEFULLY we can pick her and the babies up at half five!.
I'll try and upload some pictures later if i can drag myself away from gawping at them all!

Awwww are they Springer puppies?

Congratulations and I hope the final birth went smoothly and Pippa is now back home safe and sound with you and her new brood.

Pip and pups are home. 2 black and white girls, 1 liver and white girl and then one of each colour for the 2 boys.
They are indeed springers Patches!
