I have had my cob 9 & 1/2 weeks now. Hes gone from a sad sorry worm infested pony to a loved, well fed, spoilt, worm free baby 
But he never really acknowledged me nor seemed to care if I was there or not - To him I was just a feed and stable provider. He loves his stable!! This morning though he actually nickered at me I know its only a tiny thing but I walked on the yard same as every other morning and he actually nickered. I was so pleased. And then...just to make my morning even better he decided to drop, roll and do his little bunny hops whilst walking up to his paddock. I never felt threated by this I must add and it was very cute holding his rope whilst he rolled in the mud. I know its daft but for the first time ever I actually feel like he likes me . Thats it but I am still so pleased I wanted to share
