I had a small hack with my instructor by my side on my little cob.She is a rock solid hack,very steady,frightened of nothing but I have a phobia about hacking after a very frightening experience some years ago.This feels like an achievement!

I think it is! Good to face the phobia, otherwise you might have left it longer and never been hacking

Do you know, until I wrote that I didn't know that that was what I had.A phobia.Over the years, and often with perfectly sensible suitable horses I have said that I am a nervous hacker out or some other excuse but what I have is a phobia!
