Find me a horse

Is it possible to find a horse for under £1500, for a nervous lady rider that has lost her confidence?, i've been looking for about a month and can't find anything, i currently have a welsh pb for sale but have had no interest in him. x

I would have thought so, but you would have to be realistic because it may well be an older horse, have previous injuries etc
