Finding a yard to rent

Why is it so difficult to find a decent yard to rent!?!?!?
Looked at loads in the local area but either far to flashy for my budget or no grazing/facilities but huge rent!!! I suppose the area does not help (Oxford area)?

I'm looking for a medium sized yard (with enough acres to accomodate the number of boxes available) ideally with a school and good off road hacking but I know I cant have it all!!

Any ideas?...........

Im looking in shropshire so I know what you mean! the yard is either huge or really run down!

Faringdon is a bit far for me at the moment as I currently work in Oxford (although not for much longer I hope!).
Ideally would be somewhere fairly close to Oxford.

I am having the same problem and i dont care where in the country it is, but if miles away would need accommodation.
what I find is if the yard has what i need the yard or part of is completely rundown and in need of serious repair, or the yard is perfect but the rent is bigger than most morgages
