Finding decent sharers/riders - how?

If I saw an advert that said the horse needed bringing back into work it would imply (to me) that the horse was going to be very difficult. An unfit horse won’t bother anybody that’s properly interested. I’d take it off the advert and explain when people call.
 
I have been looking for someone to ride mine since December my instructor schools them twice a week but they could do with more work, I did find a lovely rider through preloved and another through a card I put in my local tack shop a few years back but one is not confident on her own and I can't ride with her at the moment and the other is having a baby.

Both horses are well schooled and shown just need a help decent rider to do a bit of schooling and hacking don't want any money I will even tack up just turn up and ride, I have had a few enquiries but they have not had enough riding experience.
