Finding friends to hack with??

Hi everyone,

I’ve been trying to get my youngster back into work after he’s had a year long holiday (which has meant a big grass belly!) and it would be nice to do some hacking to get his fitness back.

I’m keeping them at home atm, which is the dream, but it does mean there’s no one to go hacking with, and he can be a real nutter when he’s being hacked alone! He’s absolutely golden when hacked with others, so it would be amazing to find someone local who is in need of a hacking partner, but I’m not totally sure how to go about finding anyone.

I’m based near Windsor in Berkshire, are there any local Facebook groups that I could try? Any advice would be appreciated

Can’t help with local hacking but I’m not a million miles away if you have transport could meet up to hack? I’m Hungerford, Berkshire

I would sign up for the Nextdoor app and put the question on there. I needed someone to hack out with me (on one of my horses) and I got so many responses. Problem I found with Facebook is that it covered such a big area whereas Nextdoor is much more local.
