Finding Land

Let me explain...
My mother buys protery but after having little luck with a anuther brigton flat she is condidering land, small farm etc to do up in to a yard. (This could be the happenest moment of my life, there is hope with non horsey parents!!) She has brought each of her childern a flat to start us off, but i'd rather a yard any how so this is i guess my career support!!

Any how any body know where to start looking? Any websties etc? Also any tips or experience?

One more thing WHY DOES IT ALL WAYS RIAN ON ME!! I swear if it rains the whole half term me and dermot -horse- are moving abored.

I have just bought 5 acres one mile from my house. I drove into the local farm yard and asked the farmer to sell me a bit of land. Must add, it was expensive, but location is everything, and you will never lose money on equestrian property.
