finding ponies for loan

Now I know finding a 14.2ish safe pony for loan is going to be hard but anybody got any good websites? I know there must be some out there. I can range between 14-15 hands bt must be safe. Any help is very much appreciated

What area?

Preloved, adtrader and Freeads.

Local Pony Club websites - see if anyone is advertising AND contact the DC to see if there's anything available but not advertised.

What about a rescue?
Blue Cross usually have some lovely ponies, as do WHW. It's worth looking.

Definitley put a WANTED advert explaining roughly what you want and your experience and prehaps where it will be kept etc. Thats how I found a lovely horse for loan once. It works because people who put loan ads up get jumped on the moment the ad is there as so many people are looking for loans. Its definitley worth paying £10 for the horsemart advert because you get thousands of wanted ads everywhere else.
Put ads in local tack shops/feed shops, riding schools, livery yards
Tell your instructor/any horsey people you know personally, and DC of ponyclubs.
Word of mouth is the best way because people need to trust you before giving you their horse, so if they know you through someone it makes them feel more comfortable
