Phone the local Trading Standards office first... That's always a good way to find out if there have been complaints or not if nobody knows of them directly.
Cleanboots, they are asking if anyone knows them... good or bad! Why is that difficult to understand?
I went to view a pony there. It seemed like a nice place. Tbh, both ponies they showed me were unsuitable and they did try to make them sound better than they were, lol, but if you want a happy hacker then they are good. They don't really have world beaters, but they have safe, family horses.
STRONGLY advise you contact Norfolk Trading Standards as someone advised earlier. Ask them what information they hold on findmyfirsthorse.com and whether any enquiries are been made concerning their dealings.
I don`t think you will be keen on purchasing.
Regards her being nice on the phone. See how nice she is when you have bought the horse/pony and it does not do what it says in the ad or has undisclosed illness/injury.
Before you purchase ask if she has contact details for previous owner.
There is also another thread running on here regarding her. She normally threatens legal action if negative threads are not removed, it seems her empty threats don`t work with Horse & Hound.
