I was surprised how quick the gelding procedure was when Talis was done. I was even more surprised at how little he seemed to notice what he'd had done! Didn't slow him down one iota. Never felt sorry for himself etc. Bit of swelling for up to 10 days afterwards, but that was it.

He'll be fine, don't worry.
