I have two lovely horses who are both currently lame and have been on box rest for weeks...
The big one had her glue show removed yesterday which was thought to be making her lame in addition to mud fever on back legs and further to a visit from the physio, vet and farrier!!!
We have a "real" shoe going on tomorrow and maybe - just maybe after nearly 4 weeks of being a slave to her and taking her out twice a day for 20 mins, I MIGHT be able to ride this weekend!!!
The little one had a row with a fence and ripped his front leg to shreds however - we come off Danilon Friday and we will see if he is sound on the lunge then as at the moment he is racing around in hand and going NUTS being in. Have also just found the most perfect PC jockey for him who only got to ride him once and is dying to get back on him
So fingers crossed for me people - Sound horses for the weekend please!!
