I've been away with work so haven't been able to ride my new boy in over a week, during which he's been on some good grass.

At least it's soft ground.

He is a youngster and prone to stropping, so we'll see. I'm not relishing the thought at the moment! A glass of wine and some telly seems a much better idea.
