Fireworks

i dont like doing it because although it calms him down its slowing down his reactions and i dont know whether he still feels the fear inside. i hate seeing him all dosed up but theres not much else we can do?

We are soooooo lucky with Brego, the first time a firework went off he checked for my reaction and as I did nothing, he didn't do anything either. He actually stops and watches them and cocks his head but doesn't react in any other way. He is the same with thunder - no reaction whatsoever. If I could bottle the luck I had with that I would dish it out aplenty. We have actually been given medication just in case for other problems he had but we have so far not used it. It is such a shame that fireworks aren't enjoyed sensibly.
