Blog above. Safe to say the ginger one was a superstar as always. 63.8% in AM85 and 63.2% in AM92, qualified for Area Festivals and halfway towards Winter Regionals on our first attempt. Couldn't really ask for more. Loads more to come as we put more polish on these tricky tests too. That's probably the most exciting bit! This little horse has taken me on the most amazing journey - never imagined we'd be competing at this level when I got him 5yrs ago, let alone scoring half decent scores!

I might have started having a sneaky peak on ebay. Barring disasters Advanced is the aim for next year. He has his tempi changes and half piri's, just need to refine it all. Eeeek!

It's taken me 5years. When I got him he was a crooked giraffe who struggled to get 60% at prelim so have hope!

Have a go at advanced 100 unaffiliated. It's a really nice test to ride and nothing too difficult. That's what I did for my tails debut ( then looked in the mirror and thought ' cor that's me!' Ha ha)
If you go to one of the bigger places they often use affiliated judges so you get a better idea of what they are expecting.

I'm planning on doing my psg debut at sparsholt as the judging is always good.

Thanks. Have already been eyeing up the Advanced tests. Reckon 102 is within reach - he can do everything, just needs refining. Would be bloody amazing to qualify for PSG! Will start with 100 though as ultimately would just love to ride in tails!
