hey doing first aid course got some questions
1.if someone fallen and refuses treatment and becomes aggressive what should you do?
2. someone fallen, dont know injuries but demanding body protector and hat off, what should you do?

in the first case aggressiveness could be due to a serious head injury as AM said calm & reassurance but i would also suggest getting urgent assistance (999) as uncharacteristic aggressiveness can indicate a brain injury
in the second case try to reason with the person & explain why they should not remove the bp & hat. dont try to physically stop them as this could cause more injury than letting them. at the end of the day if you have explained why they should not remove the bp & hat & they still done they have gone against what you have said & so it is their decision. if you think they are confused from a head injury again get medical assistance.
