Then warmed up for Nov 38 (restricted again) went in a done a very nice test, and got 2nd in the resticted and overall, lost by 2%(came second to someone who has competed BE intermediate with this horse !!!!!!) n.b not trying to blow my own trumpet or anything

I *think* you will be part qualified. You need 2 wins at over 65% to qualify - one of the the 2 wins needs to have been a qualifer class. If you won the N24 Restricted with over 65% and it was a N24WQ (winter qulaifier) then if you win any other Novice (does not have to be a WQ but must be another Restricted) then you will qualify for Winter Regionals. If the N24 was NOT a qualifier all you now have to do is enter and win (with over 65%) a Novice (Restricted) winter qualifier. I hope I'm right after all that, and have also made sense!

It was the Nov 38 that was the qualifier, so that doesnt count does it? this dressage lark is all very confusing

Unfortunately not as you came second - you must have 2 wins from novice upwards. But I think I'm correct that if you win a qualifier with over 65% you will have qualified because you have another win even though it's not a qualifier - you must win 2 and 1 must be a qualifier. I may be completely wrong but double check just in case!!! Oh, forgot to say well done!!!

no pics as camera decided to die on mum, when i tired it in the lorry though it worked fine, mum is a bit electronic-unfriendly lol

Really well done, that's an excellent start.

And yes, you are part qualified, however time is running out as from December 1st the summer qualifying period starts!

Still with such a good start, I can't think you will struggle to qualify for the summers!

yep, you are part qualified, but need to get out there again quick and win a qualifier with over 65% before dec 1st.

well done though - fab result for 1st outing.
