Well the weekend saw me at my first competition in 16 years with my loan horse that I got at Christmas. Saturday was spent bathing and plaiting, Saturday night was the hunt ball and luckily Sunday at 12.30 was our dressage. It was only Prelim 1 but I was very scared!
She travelled really well along with my OH share horse. They were running late so there was lots of fidgeting around and I was very, very nervous. Warming up she was quite spooky and I couldn't get her to kee in canter. Then it turned out that the lady judging was the mum of the girl who owns my loan horse! ARGH!
Anyway, we did the test and we got 54% which wasn't too bad as we broke in both canters. Never mind!
Here are some piccies as promised.
